Uh. I think I agree with you on every single once except the make-up award... they'll probably award Revenge of the Sith instead and honour the closing chapter of one of the most famous sagas of all time.
Memoirs of a Geisha for Sound Editing? I don't remember hearing any fantastic sound editing in the movie. And Harry Potter for Art Direction? I think they'll probably award Memoirs of a Geisha or King Kong that Oscar.
Excuse me, but most of the backgrounds in King Kong were CGI-ed in.
